The fuel surcharge for this week is 4.13%. This is based on a fuel price of 106 pence per litre before VAT.
DRA Forms - ROI
Please be aware that as of 03.01.2023, we are no longer able to send goods to the Republic of Ireland without a signed Direct Representation Authorisation (DRA) form. Goods will be held at PTI Express until a signed DRA form is received and storage charges will apply if the goods remain on hold longer than 1 week. To prevent any delays with regards to future shipments, please contact Customer Services prior to collection to check the relevant DRA form has been received.
Leaving Goods Safe
Please be advised that goods will not be left safe unless specific instructions are added onto the consignment delivery instructions. If you require goods to be left safe in the event that your customer is not on site, please be sure to add a clear note stating so.
Software
All you need to use the PTI Booking System to manage consignments, manifests, PODs and your addresses is a Web Browser. If you wish to print labels you need to be using a Windows machine with the PTI Print By Assosication v2 software installed.

In order to print labels from the PTI Booking System you must have the PTI Print By Assosication software installed. To install this software you must be running as an Administrator. Once installed however you do not need to be logged in as an Administrator.

Printer Drivers
It is recommended you install the printer(s) you wish to use before installing our printing software in order to streamline the installation and setup process. In order to print consignment labels or manifests you must have a printer installed on the machine you wish to print from. This can be either a label printer or a Laser printer, or both if you wish to print manifests to a laser printer on A4 paper and labels to a label printer.
You also need to ensure the printers paper setup is correct, particuarly for the label printers. If the label printer has 4"x4" labels installed it must be configured with 4"x4" labels in the printer preferences, likewise for 4"x 8" labels.
