The fuel surcharge for this week is 15.65%. This is based on a fuel price of 159 pence per litre before VAT.
DRA Forms - ROI
Please be aware that as of 03.01.2023, we are no longer able to send goods to the Republic of Ireland without a signed Direct Representation Authorisation (DRA) form. Goods will be held at PTI Express until a signed DRA form is received and storage charges will apply if the goods remain on hold longer than 1 week. To prevent any delays with regards to future shipments, please contact Customer Services prior to collection to check the relevant DRA form has been received.
Adverse Weather Conditions Irish Sea
Please be advised that the sailing to Northern Ireland tonight is likely to be delayed due to the adverse weather conditions. As a consequence there might not be any next day deliveries achieved tomorrow but we will confirm in the morning. We will continue to advise on the effect of the weather on sailings as the week continues.
Leaving Goods Safe
Please be advised that goods will not be left safe unless specific instructions are added onto the consignment delivery instructions. If you require goods to be left safe in the event that your customer is not on site, please be sure to add a clear note stating so.
Road Closures - Northern Ireland
Please be advised that due to a road closure on the route to the port in Scotland, there may delays with deliveries into Northern Ireland. We are taking measures to try and mitigate the disruption caused by these road closures, but on occasion there may circumstances out of our control that lead to delays. We will make you aware promptly if there are any delays to your deliveries as a result of the trailer not sailing at the planned time due to the road closures.
