The fuel surcharge for this week is 11.31%. This is based on a fuel price of 139 pence per litre before VAT.
DRA Forms - ROI
Please be aware that as of 03.01.2023, we are no longer able to send goods to the Republic of Ireland without a signed Direct Representation Authorisation (DRA) form. Goods will be held at PTI Express until a signed DRA form is received and storage charges will apply if the goods remain on hold longer than 1 week. To prevent any delays with regards to future shipments, please contact Customer Services prior to collection to check the relevant DRA form has been received.
Leaving Goods Safe
Please be advised that goods will not be left safe unless specific instructions are added onto the consignment delivery instructions. If you require goods to be left safe in the event that your customer is not on site, please be sure to add a clear note stating so.
Fleadh Belfast 03.08.2026 - 08.08.2026
Please be advised that from Monday 3rd August until Saturday 8th August, there will be a festival taking place in Belfast City Centre which will result in pedestrian only access from 9am onwards. Unfortunately, this will restrict the access for our depot's vehicles during this week and deliveries will likely be delayed as a result. We recommend that any deliveries into Belfast City Centre are prioritised for w/c 27th July or postponed until w/c 10th August as any goods dispatched during the festival week will be held until after the conclusion of the festivities. ROI Bank Holiday 3rd August 2026
Please be advised that there is a bank holiday in the Republic of Ireland on Monday 3rd August. No deliveries will take place in ROI on this date but collections and deliveries will continue within GB and the Northern Ireland. If your customer is closed on any dates other than the above, please ensure there are notes on the consignments to advise, otherwise re-delivery charges may be applied.
